The Arc’teryx Alpine Academy Returns to Chamonix from June 29th – July 2nd, the 6th edition of the Arc’teryx Alpine Academy will take place in Chamonix. This unique event will bring together 400 alpine enthusiasts, mountain guides, and professional athletes to create an environment where both beginners and experts can enhance their mountain skills and share experiences.

The Academy offers more than 20 elite clinics focusing on mountaineering, climbing, rescuing, ski alpinism, and mountain trail running (new for this year). Participants will have the opportunity to learn from world-renowned alpinists. The ‘Alpine Village’ will also be set up downtown, transforming popular areas into vibrant hubs with open-air master classes, movie nights, concerts, athlete demos, climbing walls, and more.

The Mountain Clean-Up will start the Academy on Thursday, June 29th, with participants joining pro athletes to collect litter in the surrounding mountains of Chamonix as a way to give back to nature.

This year’s Academy will extend its activities to include Les Grand Montets, in addition to favorites like l’Aiguille du Midi, Brévent, and La Mer de Glace.
